About Me
My name is Dan Pedersen, and I'm a visual communicator based out of Chicago. Job titles have varied, but I’ve been responsible for the conception and/or execution of a wide array of work.
My motion work includes TV commercials, short documentaries, educational "explainers," medical animation, 3D animation, 2D character animation, interactive animation, interactive sales tools, VFX work, independent film, short form comedy, and even a few title sequences.
In addition to my motion work, I also spent many years working as a designer in the ad industry. Projects included branding and corporate identity, print advertising, web design, mobile/app design, poster design, product photography, food photography, portraiture and illustration.
